The sample is always taken by a legally licensed nursing professional, part of our qualified network of partners.
Results are delivered directly by the responsible accredited laboratory, through their own channels, in accordance with data protection regulations.
Turnaround time depends on the type of test and the partner laboratory processing it: routine tests, like the Complete Health Status Analysis, are usually available within a few days, while genetic and pharmacogenetic tests may require more processing time. We'll give you an estimated turnaround before you confirm your request.
No. Athyra is a technology coordinator: it does not perform analyses, interpret results, or store clinical information. That responsibility always belongs to the accredited laboratory.
